We listen to your feedback, and we are returning back home to the beautiful southwest coast of Sweden. Beautifully situated on the beaches of Båstad, Hotel Skansen offers a state-of-the-art meeting place in an inspiring, joyful, and relaxing environment.

Hotel Riviera

We also to offer accommodations at Hotel Riviera, just a scenic 20-minute walk from the main venue (or a 6 minute ride with the shuttle bus going back and forth). Like Skansen, Riviera boasts a serene, inviting beachside atmosphere in the beautiful surroundings of Båstad

How do I best get to and from Båstad?

🚂 Train to Båstad

‍Travel with Öresundstågen (https://www.oresundstag.se/en) to Båstad Station - the trains depart several times every day from both Gothenburg and Copenhagen.

‍🚌 Shuttle Bus from train station in Båstad
‍Between Båstad train station and hotels is included in the participant fee.

‍🚗 Car
‍If you are driving to Hotel Skansen, please enter Kyrkogatan 2, Båstad, in your GPS.

I want to stay the night before, how does that work?

Of course, we’d love to have you already the night before. The majority of the TimeEdit team will be on-site already and usually, more than 100 participants are there from the night before. A dinner buffet will be served. Just let us know in the registration form, and we’ll help you with accommodation.

When will you release the schedule?

A first version of the schedule will be released in January, and a detailed version in March.

When is the deadline to sign up?

The deadline to sign up is the 28th of March

What are the Summit's start and end times?

The Summit starts 6th of May at 12:00 CET, and ends 8th of May, 12:00 CET. Shuttle bus to the train station departs at 13.00 CET.
